The Compact Primes CP.2 lenses are the worlds first cine lenses designed for use with HDSLR cameras.
These lenses have 14 blade aperture rings, tighter tolerances with low distortion and colour matching.
They are built in a standard cine style housing with standard focusing and iris gearing, manual iris control and accurate lens calibration scales. The lenses’ 14-blade irises ensure natural and pleasing out-of-focus highlights and a smooth bokeh. All of these lenses feature Zeiss’s Interchangeable Mount System, which means that with optional kits the primes can be modified to use with EF mount, E Mount and PL mount cameras
